SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Ordered items are shipped within 1-3 business days using UPS and/or USPS. All product returns should be shipped to: Jonsson Design, LLC, 2819 Burnham Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55416. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policy

Our refund policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, please return your clock in the original packaging. Items with visible damage and /or missing parts are not eligible for a Return.
